We source only the best quality products as local as possible. This means that our high standards can be achieved with the benefit of having full traceability. Our farmer, for over 20 years, is Tom Stevenson of Balmacolly, Perthshire who personally comes into the shop to check the meat every Monday to ensure that it is perfect. The beef is Aberdeen Angus cross which gives best marbelling for superior eating qualities. The animals which are monitored from the day they are born, are grass fed with no fertilizers or hormone treatments. This ensures a purely natural product. From this we daily produce our own specialist, consistently award winning, sausages, burgers and cooked meats.

We have a large selection of freshly made pies, using all our own meats to our own recipes, from our famous Steak Pie to some rather more adventurous varieties.
We also have a Comprehensive range of our own, traditionally made, preserves, chutneys and marinades to complement our meats.
